Russ August & Kabat Represented Flame King in its Sale to Main Street November 2021

Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN) has announced that it has invested $31.6 million into YSN Imports, LLC (dba Flame King). The transaction was structured as a first-lien senior secured term debt and direct equity investment. RAK attorneys Christine Shin, Josh Gelbart, Lauren Geisser, and Dor Cohen represented Flame King in the transaction.
