Russ August & Kabat is a Finalist in the LABJ\’s M&A AWARDS

Russ August & Kabat proudly announces its M&A deal, \”Astrana Health/Prospect Health\”, was a Finalist in the Los Angeles Business Journal/ACG Los Angeles\’ 2025 M&A Awards in the \’Deal of the Year\’ category. Lauren Geisser, a partner in the firm\’s corporate practice, represented Astrana Health in its acquisition of Prospect Health.
