Kenneth Han is an associate in the corporate and mergers & acquisitions group of Russ, August & Kabat. His practice primarily focuses on representing public and private companies and private equity sponsors on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other complex private transactions.

Prior to joining Russ August & Kabat, Mr. Han was an associate in the corporate groups of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.  Kenneth earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
