Daniel B. Kolko is a litigation associate at Russ August & Kabat, where his practice focuses on patent litigation.
Daniel has handled matters involving networking, cybersecurity, adtech, and cloud computing technologies. He possesses experience across federal district court litigation stages including discovery, claim construction, motion practice, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he participated in UCI’s Consumer Law Clinic and worked with Public Counsel.
He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Daniel is an Eagle Scout.
