Jake Cummings is a patent litigation associate at Russ August & Kabat. Mr. Cummings attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas on a full academic scholarship, where he earned both a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). During law school, he served on the Nevada Law Journal, completed judicial externships in the District of Nevada and in the Court of Federal Claims, and worked part-time as a Patent Agent.

Mr. Cummings holds a degree in Engineering Physics: Electrodynamics from Point Loma Nazarene University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to joining Russ August & Kabat, Mr. Cummings was an attorney at Duane Morris LLP, where he focused his practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution.
