The case involves the appropriate discretion exercised by trial court judges in patent contempt proceedings.

Meyer prevailed in a year-long copyright and trade dress case, obtaining summary judgment rejecting claims of copyright infringement and trade dress infringement against Forever 21. The case involved alleged copying of five garments. This is the first case against Forever 21 regarding alleged copying of garments to proceed to final judgment. Read more.
