Brophy and Robert Gookin successfuly represented Avra Douglas, Larry Dressler and Mike Medavoy, the discharged co-executors of the (closed) Estate of Marlon Brando, in a State of California Court of Appeal. The unanimous Court of Appeal affirmed the probate court’s dismissal of plaintiff Deborah Brando’s (nee Presley) petition seeking to probate an earlier version of Marlon Brando’s will and to reverse all of the probate orders relating to the closed Estate of Marlon Brando.
