Yeargan, authored the article “Addressing the Limitations of the Right of Publicity in the World of AI,” which was published in the Daily Journal on October 23, 2023.  In the piece, Yeargan argues for the creation of a federal right of publicity and mechanism akin to the DMCA that would allow for the prompt take-down and review of AI-generated videos and songs mimicking the likenesses and voices of celebrities for unauthorized commercial purposes.
