Law 360 News ReleaseThe United States Supreme Court today denied certification of Hyundai Motor America, Inc.’s petition for writ of certiorari challenging a $20 million judgment obtained by Russ August & Kabat attorneys Marc A. Fenster, Jules L. Kabat, Alexander C.D. Giza, Adam S. Hoffman, and Benjamin T. Wang on behalf of their client, Clear With Computers, LLC.

Hyundai requested that the Court grant its petition, vacate the Federal Circuit’s summary affirmance, and remand for further proceedings. Hyundai was represented by Paul Clement and the international law firm of Winston & Strawn.
