Russ August & Kabat attorneys Matthew A. Rips and Nathan D. Meyer prevailed in 2010 against Citibank’s attempt to claim funds awarded to its client Oxford Street Properties, LLC in an earlier case.
In May 2012, Mr. Rips and Mr. Meyer, along with Michael Brophy of the firm, prevailed in the California Court of Appeal, with the court issuing its opinion rejecting Citibank’s appeal and certified its opinion for publication.
